★ Available Base Game Arenas (Solo)
An Arena is an instance in which you are faced with a series or waves of one large or a buch of smaller enemies in an enclosed area until you have defeated them all.
Though some arenas can be entered with a group, the arenas listed here are those in which you may only enter them alone, without even a Companion or other player to assist you.
The group instance arenas have been included with the Dungeons list.

★ Available Base Game Dungeons
These dungeons and group arenas initially require four people in a party to go through them -- unless you are able to handle them solo or with only one or two others in your party.
Unlocking the ability to enter one of these four-person dungeons is very easy: Reach level 45 and have access to the DLC from which the dungeon comes. For example, you can go to the Icereach DLC dungeon in Wrothgar if you have access to the Harrowstorm DLC.
If you do not have access to the required DLC, you cannot access the dungeon in question unless you purchase the DLC or have ESO+.

DLC CONTENT
All content listed under this heading requires a DLC Purchase OR ESO Plus.
When new Chapter content is released, everyone must purchase the content in order to play it. However, after one year it becomes free for all ESO+ subscribers.
When new DLC content containing DLC Dungeons is released, it is immediately free for all ESO+ members. However, non-ESO+ members must purchase the content in order to play it.
After an unset amount of time (which is determined by Zenimax), Chapter content may be released into the Base Game as free for all users, such as when the Morrowind chapter containing Vvardenfell was released to all players in April 2022.
Chapters consist of large-scale content releases, such as Blackwood, High Isle, and Necrom. Regular DLC usually consistes of smaller releases, such as Ascending Tide and Dark Brotherhood. Both can be purchased via the Crown Store. The latest chapter may also be purchased via your gaming platform (Steam, etc.). These labels are not used in the DLC sections of the stores.

Note: Mentions of multiple DLC requirements only means that you can access a portion of that activity by obtaining that DLC. For example, you can kill dragons in either Northern Elsweyr (Elsewhere DLC) or Southern Elsweyr (Dragonhold DLC). The exception to the rule is Tales of Tribute. In order to unlock Tales of Tribute you must have the High Isle DLC. Beyond this, any of the other mentioned DLCs will give you access to certain card decks.
* Unlike the other activities, this is not a repeatable activity unless you perform it on another character. Once you have achieved one of the items on the list, you will be unable to turn the item in a second time on the same character.
** In order to unlock Tales of Tribute you must have the High Isle DLC. If the name of a DLC/Chapter is mentioned beside the name of the deck in parenthesis, this means that you must also have the mentioned DLC in order to obtain that particular deck.
