* There are two ways of obtaining this house. As with all housing, it will be available to all of your characters once you obtain it, even if you delete the character that initially claimed it.:

1. You must accept and complete the Room to Spare quest outside of the room in Skingrad with a character that has not yet claimed a house via this method. Completion of the quest awards this inn room for free;

2. or Enter the inn room in Skingrad, West Weald and pay 3,000 gold to obtain it.
