[A] You must have either ESO+ or access to the Elsweyr DLC to access Northern Elsweyr.

[B] You must have either ESO+ or access to the Dragonhold DLC to access Southern Elsweyr.

[C] You must have either ESO+ or access to the Elsweyr DLC to access the Sunspire trial.

[C] You must have either ESO+ or access to the Scalebreaker DLC to access Depths of Malatar and Moongrave Fane.

[D] You must have either ESO+ or access to the Wrathstone DLC to access Frostvault and Lair of Maarselok.

1. Obtain the festival quest in the Crown store, called Bane of Dragons. Alternatively, talk to Captain Samara at the Impressario Tent in Rimmen, Northern Elsweyr to pick up the quest.

2. Speak to Captain Samara outside of the Impressario Tent in Northern Elsweyr, who wants to send you off on training missions.

3. Speak to Apprentice Taz for a little more information on the three missions.

4. Go pick up the daily quests in Northern Elsweyr (three), Southern Elsweyr (two), and Dragonhold (two).

5. Head to The Stitches wayshrine in Northern Elsweyr to pick up a tablet of Dragon-Slaying knowledge. You will find it in a sparkling dirt pile.

6. Turn the tablet in to Apprentice Taz and answer his questions:

• What is a Dragon's main form of conveyance? "Flying."
  
  
• What is the name of the Dragon God of Time? "Akatosh."
  
  
• What manner of creature typically accompanies a Dragon in battle? "Atronachs."
  
  

7. Go into Orcrest and retrieve a certain banner from the northestern side of the Upper City, then kill the Wraith of Crows behind the banner for a "seasoned boss" objective completion.

8. Go to either Northern Elsweyr or Southern Elsweyr and slay a dragon to get its heart.

9. Return to Captain Samara by the Impressario Tent in Northern Elsweyr to turn in the quest.

10. You will receive a purple Elsweyr Coffer for turning in this quest.

1. You must complete one daily in Northern Elsweyr to get one ticket.

2. You must complete one daily in Southern Elsweyr to get one ticket.

3. You get no more than Two Tickets total per account each day.

4. You will receive a golden Glorious Elsweyr Coffer from turning in your first daily quest or Sunspire Trial weekly quest in Northern Elsweyr or Southern Elsweyr.

5. You do have the option to purchase Event Tickets for Crowns from the Crown Store for Crowns.

Nisuzi in Rimmen will randomly offer your character one of the following Delve quests daily:

• Dousing the Daedric Flame - Extinguish ritual braziers in Darkpool Mine.
  
  
• The Hungry Cat's Favor - Collect the blood of beasts and make offerings to Hircine in Predator Mesa.
  
  
• Rifling Through Ruins - Collect magic trinkets in Abode of Ignominy.
  
  
• The Serpent's Stampede - Dispel magic on relics in the Tomb of the Serpents.
  
  
• Tangled Tea Leaves - Collect tea leaves in The Tangle
  
  
• Wisdom in the Winds - Collect ancient scrolls in the Desert Wind Caverns.
  
  

Battlereeve Tanerline in Rimmen will offer your character the following Dragon quest daily:

• Dragon Hunt - Kill three dragons in either Northern Elsweyr or Southern Elsweyr.
  
  

Ri'hirr in Rimmen will randomly offer your character one of the following World Boss quests daily:

• Another Day, Another Death - Kill Na'ruzz the Boneweaver and dig up cursed objects at The Bone Pit.
  
  
• A Dastardly Duo - Kill Akumjhargo and Zav'i then destroy crates at Red Hands Run.
  
  
• The Senche of Decay - Kill Thannar the Graveprowler and deal with body parts at Scar's Edge.
  
  
• Sword of the Serpent - Kill Master Vhysradue and gather mementoes at Hill of Shattered Swords.
  
  
• The Traders' Terror - Kill Willy Kee'va and save camels at Talon Gulch.
  
  
• A Waking Nightmare - Kill Zalsheem and collect urns at Nightmare Plateau.
  
  

Guybert Flaubert in Senchal will randomly offer your character one of the following Delve quests daily:

• An Answer in Blood - Collect blood samples in Moonlit Cove.
  
  
• Lilies for Remembrance - Plant lillies in Moonlit Cove.
  
  
• Moonlit Mushrooms - Gather mushrooms in Moonlit Cove.
  
  
• Solace by Candlelight - Place candles in the Forsaken Citadel.
  
  
• Sourcing the Ensorcelled - Obtain ensorcelled swords in the Forsaken Citadel.
  
  
• Tomes of the Tsaesci - Obtain sealed Akaviri tomes in the Forsaken Citadel.
  
  

Bruccius Baenius in Senchal will randomly offer your character one of the following Delve quests daily:

• Dust Smote - Kill Iratan the Lightbringer and gather temple dust at Shrine of the Reforged.
  
  
• Fletching Fetching - Kill Iratan the Lightbringer and obtain arrows at Shrine of the Reforged.
  
  
• Goutfang Pariah - Kill Ri'Atahrashi and obtain scrolls at Ri'Atahrashi's Training Ground.
  
  
• Helping the Healers - Kill Ri'Atahrashi and gather springmint at Ri'Atahrashi's Training Ground.
  
  
• A Rogue and His Rice - Kill Ri'Atahrashi and obtain rice sacks at Ri'Atahrashi's Training Ground.
  
  
• Scholarly Observations - Kill Iratan the Lightbringer and gather notes at Shrine of the Reforged.
  
  

Chizbari the Chipper in the Dragonguard Sanctum offers the following Dragon quest daily:

• The Dragonguard's Quarry - Kill three dragons in either Northern Elsweyr or Southern Elsweyr.
  
  

Unlock Dragonguard Sanctum: You must unlock the Dragonguard Sanctum in order to access it and its offered quests. Head to the Senchal wayshrine in Southern Elsweyr and speak with Sai Sahan to get started. Once you complete the following two quests, you will be able to access the dailies:

1. The Dragon's Lair - Given by Sai Sahan in Senchal.
   
   
2. Reformation - Given by Sai Sahan in Dragonhold Sanctum.
   
   

Dirge Truptor in the Dragonguard Sanctum offers the following New Moon quest dailies:

• Digging Up the Garden - Go to Deshaan to search for relics in The Corpse Garden delve.
  
  
• File Under D - Go to Grahtwood to locate scrolls in the Reliquary of Stars delve.
  
  
• A Lonely Grave - Go to Stormhaven to find an unmarked grave inside Windridge Cave.
  
  
• Rude Awakening - Go to the Supernal Dreamers Camp in Stormhaven to kill a New Moon recruiter and obtain documents.
  
  
• Sticks and Bones - Enter Barrowbough in the Bone Orchard of Grahtwood to kill the New Moon ambassador and obtain documents.
  
  
• Taking Them to Tusk - Go to Malak's Maw in southwestern Deshaan to kill a New Moon courier and obtain documents.
  
  

Unlock Dragonguard Sanctum: You must unlock the Dragonguard Sanctum in order to see Dirge Truptor and receive his quests to take on the Order of the New Moon cult. Head to the Senchal wayshrine in Southern Elsweyr and speak with Sai Sahan to get started. Once you complete the following two quests, you will be able to access the dailies

1. The Dragon's Lair - Given by Sai Sahan in Senchal.
   
   
2. Reformation - Given by Sai Sahan in Dragonhold Sanctum.
   
   

- Daily Quests will produce double reward boxes.

- Dragons in Northern Elsweyr have a chance to drop a Purple Elsweyr Coffer

- Dragons in Southern Elsweyr have a chance to drop a Purple Elsweyr Coffer

- World Bosses in Northern Elsweyr have a chance to drop a Purple Elsweyr Coffer

- World Bosses in Southern Elsweyr have a chance to drop a Purple Elsweyr Coffer

- Containers (Bags, Barrels, Crates, Urns, etc.) have a chance to drop a Purple Elsweyr Coffer

- Crafting Resource Nodes have a chance to drop a Purple Elsweyr Coffer

- Psijic Portals have a chance to drop a Purple Elsweyr Coffer

- Safe Boxes have a chance to drop a Purple Elsweyr Coffer

- Treasure Chests have a chance to drop a Purple Elsweyr Coffer

- Thieves Troves have a chance to drop a Purple Elsweyr Coffer

- Bosses in Sunspire, Depths of Malatar, Frostvault, Moongrave Fane, and Lair of Maarselok might drop additional loot.

The gold Glorious Elsweyr Coffer is a golden box awarded once per day per account for completing your first daily in either Northern Elsweyr or Southern Elsweyr, or for completing your first Weekly Sunspire Trial quest. These give the same loot as the purple Elsweyr Boxes do, only there is a better chance to receive the more rare rewards with them.

The purple Elsweyr Coffer is awarded for any Northern Elsweyr or southern Elsweyr daily completed on your account after the first one. These also have a chance of dropping from other Event Bonus sources.

Special Note Concerning the Companion Commendations: First introduced during the 2022 Zeal of Zenithar event, these Commendations will advance a single companion up one rank in the chosen guild. You must have the chosen companion out when you purchase these. For example, if I wish to advance Bastian's Mages Guild rank from rank 4 to rank 6, I will need to bring Bastian out and then purchase the Companion Mages Guild Commendation twice for a total of 10 tickets.

Introducing Nenulaure, the brand new Indrik Vendor! Located at the festival tents area in Belkarth, Craglorn, Nenulaure is here to help you obtain those Indrik Mounts and Pets.

This vendor will only appear during Events when the Impressario is in town.

Past fragments and berries required to obtain those Mounts, as well as past Indrik pets, will be on offer in a seasonal cycle. Here is how that will work:

• During the Spring, all berries for the Dawnwood and Spectral Indriks are on offer.
  
  
• During the Spring, the Springtide Indrik pet and Haunting Indrik pet are on offer.
  
  
• During the Summer, all berries for the Luminous and Icebreath Indriks are on offer.
  
  
• During the Summer, the Shimmering Indrik pet and Rimedusk Indrik pet are on offer.
  
  
• During the Fall, before the Witches Festival, all berries for the Onyx and Mossheart Indriks are on offer.
  
  
• During the Fall, before the Witches Festival, the Ebon-Glow Indrik pet and Sapling Indrik pet are on offer.
  
  
• During the Winter, after the Witches Festival and through to the end of the year, all berries for the Pure Snow and Crimson Indriks are on offer.

All berries and pets available will cost 10 tickets each.

Nascent Indrik Feathers will always be available through her, no matter the season, for 5 tickets each.

Unlike in the past, there will not be an offering of all Indriks during the New Life Festival.

If you miss all of the berries you need, fear not, for the vendor will be around again the following year.

The Passion Dancer Blossom pet is the very first new special item added in 2023 via the Impressario during events.

To obtain one, you have to purchase a total of three fragments from the Impressario for five tickets each.

• Chartreuse Lily Petals
• Enchanted Silver Flute
• Mystical Sheet Music

Once you have all of them purchased, open your Collections menu and navigate down on the left side to the Fragments menu. Click the name of the item you are looking for to see what fragments are required. Right-click on one of the fragment pieces and left-click on Combine to make them whole.

If you wish to retain the pet as well as obtain one of the morphs from it, you will need to complete one of these pets again. Each time you create a new morph, you will use one of these pets as part of the process.

This personality is the first morph of the Passion Dancer Blossom pet of 2023. You will need the following pieces to create this morph:

• A completed Passion Dancer Blossom pet
• Bottle of Silver Mist [NEW!]
• Delicate Dancer's Baton [Not Yet Available]
• Pressed Lily Petal Insoles [Not Yet Available]

To obtain the three Passion's Muse fragments, you need to purchase the appropriate items from the Impressario for 10 tickets each when they become available and combine them.

To combine them, open your Collections menu and navigate down on the left side to the Fragments menu. Click the name of the item you are looking for to see what fragments are required. Right-click on one of the fragment pieces and left-click on Combine to make them whole.
