The only requirement to accessing the dailies for Necrom is to have access to the Necrom DLC.

These quests are given by Ordinator Tandasea in Necrom, Telvanni Peninsula:

• Bastion Nymic - Fallen Hues: Kill Herald's Seekers minibosses to collect 4 ichor that you use to open a portal into the Bastion Nymic. Once inside, kill the assigned miniboss and the Herald.
  
  
• Bastion Nymic - Fungal Downs: Kill Herald's Seekers minibosses to collect 4 ichor that you use to open a portal into the Bastion Nymic. Once inside, kill the assigned miniboss and the Herald.
  
  
• Bastion Nymic - Glasscrag: Kill Herald's Seekers minibosses to collect 4 ichor that you use to open a portal into the Bastion Nymic. Once inside, kill the assigned miniboss and the Herald.
  
  
• Bastion Nymic - Writhing Wastes: Kill Herald's Seekers minibosses to collect 4 ichor that you use to open a portal into the Bastion Nymic. Once inside, kill the assigned miniboss and the Herald.
  
  

Each instance can only hold a maximum of four players OR companions. As always, players will take the place of any companions in the group. These instances are structured much like the four-person dungeons (Fungal Grotto, Wayrest Sewers, etc.).

If you are in a party to collect ichor, only one player must have enough ichor to open the portal. Group members may enter the portal after it is open, regardless of how much ichor they personally collected.

The final Herald boss you receive is not assigned to the specific bastion you enter; it is completely random.
