To unlock the Fighters Guild dailies, your character must be level 7 as of Update 39.

First go to your primary Alliance starter city and enter the Fighters Guild building there. Speak with one of the following:

• Daggerfall Covenant: Go to Daggerfall, Glenumbra. Speak with Basile Fenandre to receive and complete the quest called Basile's Invitation.
  
  
• Aldmeri Dominion: Go to Vulkhel Guard, Auridon. Speak with Aicessar to receive and complete the quest called Aicessar's Invitation.
  
  
• Ebonheart Pact: Go to Davon's Watch, Stonefalls. Speak with Hilan to receive and complete the quest called Hilan's Invitation.

This will unlock the Fighters Guild skill line. The Fighters Guild dailies are also now unlocked.

These quests are given by Cardea Gallus in either the Deshaan (Mournhold), Grahtwood (Elden Root), or Stormhaven (Wayrest) Fighters Guild building. You are not required to go to your Alliance capital city in order to pick up one of these quests; any of these three locations will do. You must Unlock These Daily Quests before you can do these.

Important: If you travel to Grahtwood, the Fighters Guild is not marked on the map. You will need to enter the corridor on the northwest side of the Ground Floor to find the door to the Upper Floor. Enter the Upper Floor and walk into the main chamber. Travel up the ramp on the eastern side of the chamber to find a door to the Fighters Guild.

One of the following quests will be given to you:

• Dark Anchors in Alik'r Desert
• Dark Anchors in Auridon
• Dark Anchors in Bangkorai
• Dark Anchors in Deshaan
• Dark Anchors in Eastmarch
• Dark Anchors in Grahtwood
• Dark Anchors in Greenshade
• Dark Anchors in Glenumbra
• Dark Anchors in Malabal Tor
• Dark Anchors in Reaper's March
• Dark Anchors in the Rift
• Dark Anchors in Rivenspire
• Dark Anchors in Shadowfen
• Dark Anchors in Stonefalls
• Dark Anchors in Stormhaven

In each of these quests, you are required to destroy one dolmen (aka Dark Anchors) in the land it sends you to. Prior to Update 39, you were required to destroy three dolmens.
