Before you take up a banner and begin performing daily quests in Cyrodiil OR Imperial City, you must unlock them. The unlock quests are very easy quests that do not require you to do much.

Your character must be level 10.

Unlocking the daily quests on one character will not unlock them on subsequent characters.

The unlock quests do not require you to PvP.

Though it is not required, consider not skipping the intro quests if you are new to Cyrodiil, as the unlock quests tell you more about Cyrodiil and how it works.

To unlock the quests, you must go to a certain place depending upon your Alliance and complete the Welcome to Cyrodiil quest:

• Aldmeri Dominion: Characters must go to Eastern Elsweyr Gate and speak with both Arcarin and Captain Mulamurr to receive the unlock quests for both Cyrodiil and Imperial City dailies.
  
  
• Daggerfall Covenant: Characters must go to Northern High Rock Gate and speak with both Captain Alesace and Zahreh to receive the unlock quests for both Cyrodiil and Imperial City dailies.
  
  
• Ebonheart Pact: Characters must go to Northern Morrowind Gate and speak with both Captain Rythe and Olvyia Indaram to receive the unlock quests for both Cyrodiil and Imperial City dailies.

If for some reason you are in an absolute rush and cannot complete the unlock quest, once you have the Welcome to Cyrodiil quest you can speak to the Grand Warlord to skip the Cyrodiil unlock quest requirement. This also completes the Welcome to Cyrodiil quest.

Please note that you must have the Bounty Hunter passive from the Fighters Guild skill line to be able to perform Bounty Missions.

Some dailies are located on bulletin boards in an Alliance Gate city:

• Aldmeri Dominion: Eastern Elsweyr Gate
  
  
• Daggerfall Covenant: Southern High Rock Gate
  
  
• Ebonheart Pact: Northern Morrowind Gate

The following dailies are offered at these bulletin boards in the Alliance Gate towns.

The layout for the quest givers in an Alliance Gate town is the exact same; the only difference is that you may be facing south instead of north to look at the quest boards, for example.

• [1] Battle Mission: This means capturing a lumber mill or mine, will likely require a group, and will likely require PvP.
  
  
• [2] Bounty Mission: You must kill 20 players. You may be given a specific class type, such as Necromancer, or alliance, such as Ebonheart. If one is not specified, any player in Cyrodiil will do.
  
  
• [3] Capture an Elder Scroll: This quest is actually offered by Grand Warlord Dortene, who is standing close to the boards. This will likely require a group and definitely requires PvP.
  
  
• [4] Conquest Mission: You are randomly assigned a task to kill 40 enemy players, capture a keep or town, or capture resources.
  
  
• [5] Scouting Mission: Go to a location and write a report on what you see there. Requires no PvP.
  
  
• [6] Warfront Mission: You must capture one of the keeps. This requires a group and will likely require PvP.

Town dailies are also available in the following places, but individual town maps are unavailable in-game:

• Bruma, given by Grigerda and Hjorik
  
  
• Cheydinhal, given by Sylvain Herius and Vyctoria Girgien
  
  
• Chorrol, given by Lliae
  
  
• Cropsford, given by Prefect Antias and Ufgra gra-Gum
  
  
• Vlastarus, given by Jurana and Nelerien
  
  
• Weynon Priory, given by Mael

Grigerda, who is inside a manor house, offers the following quests:

• Bring Down the Magister: Kill the magister of the Shadowed Path
  
  
• Know Thy Enemy: Fight some dremora
  
  
• Requests for Aid: Bring supplies to the outskirts of Bruma
  
  
• Timely Intervention: Search missing warriors
  
  
• The Unseen: Close portals in the manor house

Hjorik, who is in the chapel, offers the following quests:

• Capstone Caps: Collect mushrooms in Capstone Cave
  
  
• Dangerously Low: Find medical supplies
  
  
• Enemy Reinforcements: Kill daedra
  
  
• Lost and Alone: Search for people
  
  
• The Standing Stones: Use magic for healing scrolls

Sylvian Herius offers the following quests:

• Bloodied Waters: Kill archers
  
  
• A Debt Come Due: Kill an Imperial lieutenant
  
  
• For Piety's Sake: Carry prayers to a shrine
  
  
• Keepsake: Collect an heirloom from the Great Chapel of Arkay
  
  
• Stacking the Odds: Locate a rebel spy

Vyctoria Girien offers the following quests:

• Ayleid Treasure: Collect a relic from Vahtacen
  
  
• The Burned Estate: Put an end to the Shadowed Path from summoning atronachs
  
  
• Prisoners of War: Rescue soldiers
  
  
• Spice: Destroy the Legion's food storage
  
  
• Thorns in Our Side: Find and return stolen valuables

Lliae the Quick offers the following quests and can be found behind a house overlooking the lava:

• The Cache: Fill up a supply caches.
  
  
• Death to the Black Daggers: Kill the Black Daggers in Hackdirt.
  
  
• Field of Fire: Protect Chorrol from atronachs.
  
  
• Guard Work is Never Done: Return with Captain Minwe's spirit.
  
  
• The High Cost of Lying: Deal with the bandits who plan an ambush.

Prefect Antias offers the following quests and can be found inside a small building to the southwest of the town square:

• Crown Point: Light the nearby watchtower.
  
  
• The Hedoran Estate: Investigate the destroyed manor.
  
  
• Offerings to Zenithar: Convince the people to offer to Zenithar.
  
  
• Seeds of Hope: Go to the lair of the goblins and look for seeds.

Ufgra gra-Gum offers the following quests and can be found behind the monument next to the central flag:

• Bloody Hand Spies: Kill a goblin skirmisher.
  
  
• The Dead of Culotte: Kill the undead.
  
  
• Harvest Time: Collect sacks of produce.
  
  
• Securing Knowledge: Hide and secure books.
  
  
• Timberscar Troubles: Defeat a goblin leader at a camp.

Jurana offers the following quests and can be found standing next to the central flag:

• Essence of Flame: Collect Essence of Flame samples
  
  
• An Evil Presence: Kill the Necromancer inside the cave
  
  
• Mementos: Find and recover stolen items
  
  
• Silver Scales: Kill the poachers and obtain silver scales

Nelerien offers the following quests and can be found inside the barracks:

• Bear Essentials: Kill the bear.
  
  
• Death to the Crone: Travel to Nisin Cave and kill Barasatii.
  
  
• The Direct Approach: Kill Necromancers at Haynote Cave.
  
  
• For a Friend: Kill the ghost captain.
  
  
• Rock Bone Diplomacy: Kill some goblins.

Mael offers the following quests and can be found in front of the main Priory building:

• Abominations: Burn bodies of villagers before they return as vampires.
  
  
• Black Dagger Supplies: Poison local bandits.
  
  
• Claw of Akatosh: Recover the Claw of Akatosh.
  
  
• The Lich: Destroy the Shadowed Path lich.
  
  
• Overdue Supplies: Find the missing courier.
