1. Obtain level 7 on your character.
   
   
2. Complete the first zone quest, To Clockwork City. This quest is given by Eldresea Deras. You may find her close to the wayshrine Clockwork Crossroads Wayshrine, which is the first wayshrine unlocked in the zone.
   
   
3. Complete the second zone quest, In Search of a Sponsor. This quest is given by Neramo, very close to where you turn in the To Clockwork City quest, but still outside the Brass Fortress entrance. You may need to enter the Brass Fortress and exit again before you see the quest marker.
   
   
4. Complete the third zone quest, The Strangeness of Seht. This quest is given by Divayth Fyr in the Registrar's office of Brass Fortress, where you registered as a citizen in the last quest. You may need to exit and re-enter the office before you see the quest marker.
   
   
5. Complete the fourth zone quest, Deepening Shadows. This quest is given by Provost Varuni Arvel, who is found inside the Clockwork Basilica in Brass Fortress.
   
   
6. Complete the fifth zone quest, Lost in the Gloam. This quest is given by Provost Varuni Arvel, who is found inside the Clockwork Basilica in Brass Fortress.
   
   
7. The Blackfeather Court dailies are now unlocked.

Each delve must be unlocked separately, but can only be done once your character is level 7. If you complete the requirement to unlock one delve but not the other, you will only ever receive the daily for that unlocked delve.

• Halls of Regulation: Complete the delve quest for the Halls of Regulation, which is called The Halls of Regulation. It is given by Tilelle the Mender, who stands outside of the delve.
  
  
• The Shadow Cleft: Complete the delve quest for the The Shadow Cleft delve, which is called The Shadow Cleft. It is given by Adjunct Daro, who stands outside of the delve.

These quests are given by Bursar of Tributes in Brass Fortress. You must Unlock These Daily Quests before you can do them. You may use items already in your inventory from previous adventures to complete these quests.

• Glitter and Gleam: Obtain armor pieces marked with the Ornate trait. These armor pieces may be obtained from killing elite mobs (bosses, mini-bosses, anything that has one of the special health bars), quest turn-ins, or stolen. Ornate armor is not always guaranteed to drop.
  
  
• Matter of Leisure, A: Obtain treasure items marked with a treasure type that relates to toys and games. These may be regular or stolen treasures.
  
  
• Matter of Respect, A: Obtain treasure items marked with a treasure type that relates to cookware and dishes. These may be regular or stolen treasures.
  
  
• Matter of Tributes, A: Obtain treasure items marked with a treasure type that relates to cosmetics and grooming. These may be regular or stolen treasures.
  
  
• Morsels and Pecks: Obtain elemental essence (atronachs, golems), supple roots (lurchers, spriggans, stranglers), and ectoplasm (ghosts).
  
  
• Nibbles and Bits: Obtain foul hides (bears, gargoyles, and wolves), carapaces (chitin, scorpions, wasps), and husks (daedra creatures, such as those found in Coldharbour).

The Ebonshadow Motif has a chance to drop from Blackfeather Court Daily Crow-Touched Clockwork Coffers in Clockwork City.

These quests are given by Novice Holli in Brass Fortress. You must Unlock These Daily Quests before you can do these:

• [1] Again Into the Shadows: Find the Perception Tabulator in a marked chest in the Shadow Cleft delve, and then go find Evoker Tadari in a building at the northeastern corner of the map. The building is shown on the map.
  
  
• [2] Changing the Filters: Kill factotums in the Halls of Regulation delve to obtain water filters, then go deal with the machine.
  
  
• [2] Oiling the Fans: Kill factotums in the Halls of Regulation delve for oil, then go deal with the machine.
  
  
• [2] Replacing the Commutators: Repair factotums in the Halls of Regulation delve.
  
  
• [1] Shadow Malfunction, A: Find Initiate Favar using the Perception Tabulator in the Shadow Cleft delve. You will find him by following the river into a cave.
  
  
• [1] Shadow Misplaced, A: Find Novice Oscard and his notes in the Shadow Cleft delve. You will find him to the east of the boss, on the same level.

The Apostle Motif has a chance to drop from Delve Daily Crow-Touched Clockwork Coffers in Clockwork City.

These quests are given by Razgurug in Brass Fortress:

• Bitter Pill, A: Harvest herbalist nodes then go to Everwound Wellspring and find specious syrup in marked containers.
  
  
• Daily Grind, A: Harvest blacksmithing nodes then go to the Mechanical Fundament in Brass Fortress and obtain the metal pellets.
  
  
• Enchanted Accumulation: Harvest enchantment nodes then go to the Shadow Cleft delve and obtain the runelights from marked containers inside.
  
  
• Fuel For our Fires: Harvest water nodes then go to the Halls of Regulation delve and search rubble piles for skimmer meshes.
  
  
• Loose Strands: Harvest cloth nodes then go to the Mnemonic Planisphere for artificial lodestone parts.
  
  
• Sticky Solution, A: Harvest wood nodes then go to the Reactor District in the Brass Fortress for counterfeit coal.

The Apostle Motif has a chance to drop from World Boss Daily Slag Town Coffers in Clockwork City.

These quests are given by the Clockwork Facilitator in Brass Fortress:

1. A Fine-Feathered Foe: Stop some daedric incursions then kill the Wraith-of-Crows at Exachs' Egress.
   
   
2. Inciting the Imperfect: Collect sequence plaques then kill the Imperfect at Sanctuary of Verification.
